Mindfulness facilitation takes place through observation practices that help us connect with our breath, acknowledge sensations in our body, accept our emotional states, notice our thought patterns and mind conditionings as we are ever evolving in the here and now.
Through these witnessing practices we pause to notice things we so often miss in our chaotic everyday life in a modern world of sensory overload and constant need for action. We become more open, more curious, more creative and less judgmental towards ourselves and others.
Mindfulness is an incremental process, it takes time and practice to become a little more attentive each time to the pure sensation of being and living.
